Go Wild! with the Riverside Rangers 1st Saturday of each Month • 10 a.m. • Riverside Park
Riverside Park and the Bay City Parks and Recreation Department invite the community to Go Wild! @ Riverside Park with the Riverside Rangers. Families and nature lovers of all ages can enjoy a year-round lineup of outdoor programs and hands-on activities in Bay City’s natural park setting.
Each month offers something new and fun: Saturday, October 4th – Painting Pumpkins Get festive with colorful and creative pumpkin painting.
Saturday, November 1st – Last Hike of the Year Wrap up the season with one final hike in the crisp autumn air.
Saturday, January 3rd – First Hike of the Year Start the year off right with a refreshing hike through scenic trails.
“All our Go Wild! programs are designed to get people outdoors and experiencing the great natural world around us,” said Kelly Penewitt, Parks and Recreation Manager. “We want guests to explore, discover, and enjoy all the wild things right here in Bay City.”
All programs meet at Tejas Pavilion in Riverside Park.
